FictionalPlayer is a media player application — software that enables users to connect to and play content from independently operated IPTV services. FictionalPlayer:

  • Does not provide, broadcast, host, or sell any television channels, video streams, or media content.
  • Does not operate as an IPTV content provider or reseller.
  • Does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the legality of any third-party IPTV service.
  • Functions solely as a player interface, similar to how a web browser plays content from external websites.

3. User Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any IPTV subscription, playlist, or portal you connect to FictionalPlayer is obtained legally and used in compliance with applicable copyright, broadcasting, and telecommunications laws in your jurisdiction. Unauthorized access to copyrighted content may result in civil or criminal penalties.

FictionalPlayer bears no responsibility for content accessed through third-party providers. Any legal issues arising from the content you stream are between you and your content provider.

FictionalPlayer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any IPTV provider, broadcaster, content rights holder, or platform manufacturer (including but not limited to Samsung, LG, Apple, Google, Microsoft, or Hisense). All trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners.

5. Subscription Pricing Disclosure

FictionalPlayer subscription fees cover access to the player software and cloud sync features only. Current pricing (excluding applicable taxes):

  • €3/month — 1 device
  • €5/month — 2 devices
  • €10/month — 5 devices

These fees do not include any IPTV content subscription. You must separately obtain and pay for content from a licensed IPTV provider. Prices are subject to change with notice as described in our Terms of Service.

FictionalPlayer is designed for global availability across supported platforms. However, certain features may be restricted in specific countries due to legal requirements, export controls, or platform store policies. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws regarding IPTV usage.

7. Disclaimer of Content Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FICTIONALPLAYER DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, DEFAMATION, OR INACCURATE INFORMATION TRANSMITTED BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS.

As a player application, FictionalPlayer does not store or transmit content on our servers. If you believe content accessed through a third-party provider infringes your copyright, please contact that provider directly. 9. Regulatory Compliance

Users in the European Union and United Kingdom are entitled to consumer protection rights under applicable regulations, including transparent pricing, cancellation rights, and data protection under GDPR. Users in other jurisdictions may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws.
