Last updated: July 5, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FictionalPlayer application, website at fictionalplayer.com, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by FictionalPlayer (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
FictionalPlayer is a cross-platform IPTV player application. We provide software that allows you to connect and play content from third-party IPTV subscriptions using supported formats such as M3U playlists, Xtream Codes, and Stalker portals. FictionalPlayer does not provide, host, sell, or distribute any television channels, streams, or media content.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using FictionalPlayer, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal right to access any third-party IPTV content you connect through the application.
3. Accounts & Subscriptions
Some features require a FictionalPlayer account and a paid subscription. Current plans are priced at €3 per month for 1 device, €5 per month for 2 devices, and €10 per month for 5 devices. Pricing, device limits, and features may change with reasonable notice.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Device limits apply per subscription tier and are enforced concurrently.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to access content you do not have lawful rights to view.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the application except as permitted by law.
- Circumvent device limits, licensing, or security measures.
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
5. Third-Party Content & Services
Your use of third-party IPTV providers is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, legality, or content of any third-party streams. Any dispute regarding IPTV content is between you and your content provider.
6. Intellectual Property
FictionalPlayer, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FictionalPlayer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
